Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. The Service

Wrench AI lets you upload photos of vehicles and generate AI-modified visualizations using preset styles, custom text prompts, part-level editing, interior material changes, short AI-generated videos, and related community features. Outputs are provided for planning, visualization, and entertainment purposes.

3. Your Content

a) Ownership & License

You retain ownership of photos and prompts you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, transmit, and store your User Content solely as needed to operate the App and provide the features you request — including sending it to our AI service providers for processing.

b) Your Responsibilities

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent — this applies especially to any face swap feature.
• Do not use the App to create misleading, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate real, identifiable individuals through generated content.

c) Community Content

If you share renders publicly in Explore or similar features, you grant us and other users a license to view, like, and apply that style within the App. We may moderate, remove, or restrict any public content that violates these Terms.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Credits

a) Free Credits

The App is free to download and includes an allotment of free credits for new users. Credits are consumed when you perform generation actions, and each action displays its credit cost before it executes.

b) Subscriptions

We offer auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

c) Credit Bundles (One-Time Purchases)

We offer consumable one-time credit packs:

• Credit packs are consumable purchases: credits are deducted as you use them and are not restored when spent.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Credits purchased via a one-time pack remain available until used, subject to Section 8 (Termination).

d) Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable refund policies — contact Apple Support or use Report a Problem in your App Store purchase history. Except where required by law, we cannot issue refunds directly for App Store transactions.

e) Price Changes

We may adjust pricing from time to time. Any price change to an active subscription applies only to future billing periods after notice through the App Store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or abuse the credit system, generation limits, or payment flows.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or create derivative competing services from the App or its outputs at scale.
• Interfere with other users, the community feed, or the App's infrastructure.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any party.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

6. Intellectual Property

The App itself — including its design, branding, code, prompts, presets, and features — is owned by Zahid Ullah and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs generated from your own User Content, subject to the rights of our underlying AI providers and any third-party rights embedded in outputs.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zahid Ullah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or vehicle-related expenses arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated outputs. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if you made no payments.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and unused credits and subscription entitlements are forfeited except where refunds are required by Apple's policies or applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Zahid Ullah only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your license to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on Apple-branded products running iOS, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price where applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You retain whatever consumer protection rights are mandatorily granted to you under the laws of your country or state of residence.
