1. Information We Collect

a) User Content You Upload

• Car and interior photos that you upload or take within the App for modification.
• Text prompts you enter describing the modifications you want.
• Optional face photos, if you choose to use the face swap feature.
• Saved renders and build log entries (modifications, expenses, notes) that you store in your Digital Garage.

b) Account Information

If you create an account, we collect your sign-in identifier (such as an email address or an anonymous account ID provided by your sign-in method) and your username if you set one.

c) Purchase Information

Subscriptions and credit bundles are processed by Apple through in-app purchases. We receive a purchase token and entitlement status (for example, which plan is active and how many credits remain) through our receipt-validation provider, RevenueCat. We never receive or store your full payment card details.

d) Usage & Diagnostic Data

• App opens, feature usage events, and session data.
• Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general region (country level).
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics.
• Credit balances and generation history, needed to operate the credit system.

e) Push Notification Tokens

If you enable notifications (for example, to be alerted when a video render finishes), we process your device push token solely to deliver those notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate the AI edits, renders, and videos you request.
• Operate your account, credit balance, subscriptions, and purchases.
• Sync and store your Digital Garage content so it is available across sessions and devices.
• Deliver notifications you have requested, such as completed video renders.
• Provide user support and respond to your inquiries.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App's stability and features.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your photos, prompts, or personal information to train AI models, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for advertising.

3. How Your Photos Are Processed

Wrench AI works by sending the photo you select — together with your chosen style, mask, or text prompt — to our backend and to third-party AI service providers that perform image editing, inpainting, part detection, video generation, or face swapping. This processing is performed solely to produce the result you requested.

Uploaded photos and generated results may be stored temporarily on our backend servers to complete your request and deliver your saved content. If you save a result to your Digital Garage, it is retained so you can access it; if you do not save it, it is deleted in accordance with our retention practices described below.

Please only upload photos of vehicles and people that you have the right to use. See our Terms of Service for your responsibilities regarding uploaded content.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only with the providers necessary to operate the App:

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. We do not permit them to sell or independently use your information.

5. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions only when needed, and each is optional:

• Photo Library Access — so you can choose car photos to modify. If denied, you can still take photos with the camera.
• Camera Access — so you can photograph your car directly in the App. If denied, uploading from your library remains fully functional.
• Notifications — so we can alert you when long-running jobs (such as videos) finish. If denied, results simply appear in the App.
• Add to Photo Library — so you can save generated images and videos to your device. If denied, sharing remains available as an alternative.

You can change any permission at any time in your device Settings under Wrench AI.

6. Data Retention

• Unsaved generations: deleted from our systems within a commercially reasonable period after generation completes.
• Saved garage content: retained while your account is active, until you delete it or your account.
• Account data: retained while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data, subject to short backup windows and legal retention requirements.
• Diagnostics and analytics: retained per the applicable provider's standard retention periods.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion — delete saved content in the App, delete your entire account from Account settings in the App, or contact us to request erasure.
• Objection / restriction — object to or restrict certain processing.
• Portability — request a machine-readable export of your data.
• Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for optional processing such as analytics or notifications.

GDPR (EEA/UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights described above under the General Data Protection Regulation. Our legal bases for processing include: performing our contract with you (operating the App and generating your edits), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improvement), consent (optional features), and legal obligations.

CCPA/CPRA (California)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by California law.

To exercise any right, use the in-app account controls or contact us at za6061697@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

Wrench AI is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we review and update our practices regularly.

10. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using the App, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Wrench AI is published under separate developer accounts for each app store as required by platform policies:
